East Coast Coaches is organised by travel professionals. All information on the venues we service, routes of the bus and prices for each event are on our website. If you have any further queries please contact us, all details can be found on our contact page.

As with all business we have terms and conditions and a company code of conduct to which we must abide by rules and regulations set by the DOENI for road transport as with all bus and coach companies. Please see our terms as below:

  • There are no age restrictions on our buses, check event before hand for their individual details, all under 14’s must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Some of our buses do have toilets and others do not, we cannot guarantee this facility on all of our buses to concerts routes.
  • As we are a transport provider to events/venues that serve alcohol we understand that some people may be under the influence of alcohol, however this is usually harmless and the majority of people we are transporting are out to have a good time, we understand this but will not tolerate aggressive or abusive behavior on our service as we have the interests of other passengers and driver to consider.
  • For most concerts/events and especially larger venues management are on hand to deal with any issues should they arise.
  • Alcohol is not permitted on any PSV vehicle, this is a DOENI regulation for all bus and coach operators; however you may take alcohol in your luggage which will be stowed away and cannot be consumed on the vehicle.
  • All concert and event travel dates and times are stated on website, these times are strict and non changeable unless by East Coast Coaches.
  • All concerts and events tickets are booked either through this website or via telephone prior to event. You may turn up on day of travel but are not guaranteed travel without prebooking. The online price may be different to that charged if you are paying at bus on day of travel.
  • All Concerts and Event are subject to numbers, if an event numbers is not feasible a run may be cancelled or changed at any time by East Coast Coaches with prior notice to customers when available.
  • If an event is cancelled, customers will be notified through the contact information provided at time of booking i.e. Email or Contact number.
  • Privacy Policy at East Coast Coaches, we are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you in order to improve the service we provide. Please read on for more detail about our privacy policy.
  • All travel is priced as return to same drop-off point as pickup. Booking is only available online and are sold on a non-refundable basis, you may purchase travel insurance with your tickets from our site. See travel insurance details before booking at point of sale.
  • Bookings can only be made online. Tickets are not available from the driver.
  • Email confirmation of online bookings will be sent to the email address provided. This email confirmation is your e-ticket for your journey. Please always check your email accounts to see if any changes have been made to your travel.
  • East Coast Coaches cannot be responsible for customers who have been informed of potential changes and not checked their emails.
  • All Bookings are NON-REFUNDABLE. Once a booking has been made travel details cannot be changed. Cancellation insurance option available.
  • Customers will be required to quote their booking reference when boarding.
  • It is the passengers responsibility to ensure they board the correct coach at any stop including return.
  • If you wish to travel together with another customer, you must book the same pickup, arrive together and arrive early. We cannot guarantee you will be on the same coach if you book separate pickups.
  • Travel is not permitted on any other service or date other than on the service and date booked.
  • Subject to availability. Customers are encouraged to book as early as possible.
  • Special single fares are not available.
  • East Coast Coaches operates a no alcohol and no smoking policy on all of its coach services, in line with the DOE law in NI.
  • Passengers are required to arrive back to the coach a maximum 30 minutes before departure.
  • It is the customers responsibility back at the coach within the allocated time. The driver will not be calling to advise.
  • All other normal conditions of carriage apply.
  • Concert / Events travel fares are not valid in conjunction with any other offer.

Cancellation Policy

At East Coast Coaches, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is outlined below to ensure fairness for both our clients and our operations.

Charter & Private Bookings

  • Cancellations made 8 days or more prior to the scheduled trip will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits or administrative fees.
  • Cancellations made 7 days prior to the scheduled trip will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure will be charged 100% of the total booking cost.
  • If booking is made within 72 hours of the scheduled departure a deposit will be required to book and full payment may be required at time of booking.
  • No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

Deposits

  • All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Deposits (or part of) may be applied as a credit toward a future booking at the discretion of East Coast Coaches.

Changes & Rescheduling

  • Date or time changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
  • Requests to reschedule must be made as early as possible.

Weather & Force Majeure

  • East Coast Coaches is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to weather, road conditions, government restrictions, or events beyond our control.
  • In such cases, we will work with clients to reschedule when feasible; refunds are not guaranteed.

How to Cancel

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or official booking platform to be considered valid.

By confirming a booking with East Coast Coaches, clients acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.

Website information

What information do we collect? How do we use it? When you make an enquiry, we need to know your name and e-mail address. This enables us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with anything. We also monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of the website.
Will East Coast Coaches disclose the information it collects to outside parties? East Coast Coaches does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
